Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for preparing/producing daily batch submissions to Ontario and Atlantic branding portal for vehicle registrations;

  • Analyze supporting vehicle registration documents in conjunction with daily submissions;

  • Process vehicle registrations transfers as required by provincial jurisdictions;

  • Permit processing and shipping to clients within set service levels;

  • Update branding records requested by stakeholders;

  • Prepare and run daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports/extractions for various stakeholders and management as required;

  • Perform other duties as assigned, in accordance with job responsibilities or necessary departmental/corporate objectives;

Qualifications 

  • A minimum of 2 years of insurance industry work experience with Automobile Insurance preferably as a Broker, Agent, Underwriter or Claims adjuster

  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills, both oral and written

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational and planning skills are fundamental.

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office suite and has the ability to learn new technologies.

  • Post-secondary education is an asset.
