As all three symposiums will take place at the same time, you will not be able to attend more than one. However, all symposiums will be recorded and a copy of each event will be available upon request. Registration is unique to each symposium. So, you can only attend the sessions associated with your selected symposium. However, recordings for each symposium will be available by request. Therefore, by registering for any of the three symposiums, you will have access to all the content throughout the day.

A gourmet lunch will be served from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. and a cocktail reception will take place following the Summit, allowing attendees the opportunity to connect with industry professionals.

Yes, your organization can purchase tables of eight for the selected symposium.  Please select the ‘IBC Member Table’ or ‘Non IBC Member Table’ option under ‘Attendee Type’ within the registration form.

Seating at the symposiums is on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if your organization purchases a table, it will be reserved for your registered guests. Purchased tables provide your team with secured, priority seating.

There is no prescriptive dress code – however, we recommend professional, business attire.

Access to InSight Summit recordings is exclusive to ticketholders. This policy ensures that the value and benefits of attending the Summit are preserved for those who have purchased a ticket. Ticket purchases not only support the conference but also grant attendees access to a wealth of knowledge and resources that are not publically available.
